Provided unique skiing and winter sports recreation opportunities for physically and mentally challenged individuals.
Provided integrated recreational opportunities for people with disabilities that will foster independence through the acquisition of lifetime skills.
U.S. Virgin Islands Territory
Citizen’s Integration Teams – Created a method of increasing trust and working relationship between government agencies and the public they serve.
Research and Technology Park – Built business plan to attract global businesses to the Territory to compliment tourism product’s revenue and create a more sustainable economic development program for the people of the Virgin Islands.
Corporate Liaison to the University of the Virgin Islands – Created to increase mainland participation in development and funding for student and faculty initiatives. Initial members included: Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Cisco Systems.
Ad Council Board – Served as a Board member to improve the lives of the Virgin Islanders through creating public service communications based on positive change.
“Children First” Domestic Violence Initiative – As one of many initiatives to build trust in Territorial law enforcement established the placement of Teddy Bears in all Virgin Islands Police vehicles. This was done to assure officer’s place the well-being of the children one priority in domestic violence calls. The Teddy Bears reduced some of the terror these kids were experiencing and allowed members of the attending squad to love on the kids during the traumatic experience.

Developed and led leadership and placement programs serving career and technical student organizations enrolled in technical, skilled, and service occupations.
Provided Minnesota industry and business with graduates possessing the standards and criteria collaboratively developed by 260 occupational areas.
Served as liaison between secondary and post-secondary education, legislature and Minnesota Business and Industry resulting in business leaders taking measurable accountability towards the quality of education towards increasing annual senate appropriations.
